Chicochai offers a 15 Business Days Return Guarantee* should the buyer wish to return his/her purchased item. The item must be in its original condition. All return items from the U.S. must be send back to us through United States Postal Service (USPS) with the words 'RETURN ITEM' clearly printed on the outside.
Bidders are responsible for all custom charges and return postage.
The refund in this case will be limited to the final sales price less custom counter fee and restocking fee. Restocking fee is 10% of the item or a minimum of US$5.00, which ever is greater.
