Chai Family,

For the last 20 years we've been making masala chai for coffeeshops, stores, and our booth at the Saturday Chico Farmers' Market. We brew and blend everything from scratch in our tiny chai brewery in my hometown of Chico.

We’ve completely outgrown our current space, but luckily we’ve found a bigger one. It’s a bit of a fixer upper, with good bones and a great location, and our new building also has room for our newest project, Chico Chaihouse.

We’ll be serving masala chai (of course), but also matcha, herbal teas, tea lattes, and a brand-new lineup of house made blends. We’ll also have a nourishing toast menu with local ingredients and vegan and gluten free options.

We’re creating something unique, reflected in our mission statement:

“to make and serve delicious tea with integrity and kindness in a beautiful, inclusive space to foster reflection, connection and conversation in our community”

We’ve been growing steadily every year, but for a step this big, we need community support. With your help, we'll open this fall!
